Our cattle are 100% grass-fed and finished, grazing on diverse pastures their entire lives without ever receiving grain. This produces beef that is leaner, nutrient-dense, and aligned with the natural behavior of ruminants.
Our pastured poultry also enjoy a natural diet of fresh grass, clover, and insects, foraging daily on open pasture. This varied diet enhances both their health and the flavor of the meat, while contributing to a regenerative, ecologically balanced system.
